Breeding black angelfish is possible in captivity unlike emperor angelfish.
Behavior: Like emperor fish, black angelfish is also aggressive in nature and becomes dominant in the presence of other aggressive saltwater fishes. You can place them with other angelfish but as angelfish are territorial in nature they’ll often have conflict so make sure you only place two different types of angelfish in the tank if tank size is more than 200 gallons.
